What are your rates? The daily rate depends on how many days you keep the convertible and what type of convertible you want. Call us for details.
Do you offer insurance? Yes, for international customers we offer insurance at $40 per day. It protects against collision, damage and / or theft with a $1,000 deductible. You can purchase at the time of pick up or you can contact us and we can send you the link for payment including insurance. Please know that most credit cards provide car rental coverage so you might not need to purchase our insurance after all. Call your credit card company and ask about this benefit.
Are there any mileage restrictions? Depends on the vehicle you rent. All V8s have daily mileage restrictions (Mustang GT and Camaro SS: 150 miles / day) The other regular convertibles, Mustang, Camaro or Jeep Wrangler include unlimited mileage. However please know that NONE OF OUR VEHICLES CAN LEAVE THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
Where do I pick up my convertible? We offer complimentary delivery to your hotel in Miami Beach (zip codes 33139 and 33140). If you are not staying in Miami Beach you can pick up your rental at our branch 1800 Collins Ave Miami Beach, Fl 33139 (check office hours).
Where do I return my convertible? Unless you had agreed with us in returning your vehicle at another location, you always return at our parking garage that is open 24hours. Please call for details.
What are your office hours? Monday to Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Weekends 8:00am - 12:00pm. Due to Covid-19 we are taking extra precautions so the office is only open for customers with paid reservations. After hour rentals are available, please call us for details. For any questions you can call us 305-498 4763 Monday-Sunday from 8:00am - 8:00pm. If you need assistance after those hours you can send a text or WhatsApp to the same number and one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I return the vehicle after office hours? Yes! We have a parking lot that is open until 12:00am everyday and you can return there.
Can I return at the airport? Yes! based on availability you can return at the MIA airport for a fee of $55 and the FLL airport for a fee of $110. You might be subject to parking fees at the airport please call for details.
Can you deliver the vehicle outside Miami Beach? Depending on the location we can deliver the vehicle for a fee $. Call us for details.
Can I pick the color I want? No, we can't commit to reserve a certain color. If available, we will try to accommodate your request but CAN'T guarantee a specific color.

Can I rent a convertible if I am under 21? No, to rent a standard convertible you must be at least 21 years of age and at least 25 years of age to rent a V8.
What are your requirements to rent a convertible? You need have a valid driver license (international driver licenses are ok) and a valid credit card (no debit / prepaid cards). If you have a US license you must show proof of insurance.
I don't have a credit card, can I pay with cash or debit? We CAN NOT take any other form of payment besides a major credit card. We don't accept debit cards, prepaid cards, nor e-checks). There are certain countries that have credit limitations, if you are coming from one of these countries we can work a different type of payment with you, please call us for details.
Do you charge security deposit? Yes, depending on the type of convertible that you rent and your age, we will charge a refundable security deposit $400-$1000.
Besides the rate are there any extra charges I should know about? You are responsible for tolls and fuel that will be charged based on usage. There are other charges for negligent behavior that you might be subject to, such as lost keys, interior damage etc., that will be explained at the time of your rental.
I got a parking ticket, what do I do? You are responsible for paying any and all fines and fees for parking or any other moving violations received while driving one of our convertibles.
I got a flat tire, what do I do? Road assistance services are provided by the manufacturer's roadside services and is NOT covered by insurance and is NOT included in your rental fee. Any flat tires, batteries or roadside needs are the customer's responsibilities.
What is your cancelation policy? If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup / delivery time you will receive a full refund, if you cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time/ delivery date a cancellation / change fee may apply.
